About Tater Bug Bakery
My Story
At Tater Bug Bakery, my passion for baking started in my grandmother's kitchen. I use only the finest ingredients and my recipes have been passed down for generations. I took care of my grandmother until she passed. My grandmother called me her little Tater Bug, so I went with my nickname she gave me . I wanted to do something to remember her by so I went all in and started my in home bakery.

Pies
My pies are all 9" Deep Dish for $30 . I make my Pie crust with Butter for a more flaky, butter texture.
Apple
I make my Apple pies with a mixture of Granny Smith Apples and Golden Delicious. I cook the apples in my Dutch Oven with Cinnamon, Cardommon, Nutmeg and All Spice. This is a classic Apple Pie great for the Holidays!
Dark Sweet Cherry
One of my favorite pies is my Cherry Pie! I cook down Dark Cherries with Sugar and a little Brown Sugar to add a little more richness. Once the cherries have thickend I add a little butter to add a rich flavor!
Pecan
A true American Classic Pie! My Pecan Pie is a sticky sweet treat Great for the holidays! I use Light Corn Syrup along with Dark Brown Sugar for a perfect flavor balance to pair with the Pecans!

This cookie is one like no other! My Texas Cowboy Cookies are loaded with coconut, Pecan Pieces, Chocolate Chips, Peanut Butter Chips, and Butterscotch Chips. Also with the little crunch from Oatmeal this cookie will not disappoint!
Snickerdoodle
This cookies is a fan favorite! My snickerdoodle cookies are made with Mexican Vanilla and rolled in cinnamon and Sugar. I Bake them just enough so the middle is nice and soft to have that perfect Snickerdoodle experience.
Brown Butter Chocolate Chunk
By Browning my Butter for these cookies it gives the traditional Chocolate Chip cookie an upgrade! This is a nutty, Caramel flavor based Cookie with Dark Chocolate Chunks added. Baked perfectly for a Chocolate gooey center.
